This ban is also preventing new tobacco-centric establishments from opening. My wife and I were tossing around the idea of opening a cigar bar/cafe in the SE Wisconsin area but were unable to get our foot in the door before the ban was enacted. This ban is preventing much needed tax revenue to the state as well as the potential creation of more jobs in this struggling economy. I couldn’t agree with you more.
