AG Holder’s DOJ Dismisses Case on Black Panthers

After winning an open-and-shut case during the Bush Administration against the new Black Panther Party for election intimidation (standing outside of a polling place with night sticks and shouting racial insults), the new leadership of Eric Holder’s DOJ has ordered DOJ attorneys to drop nearly all charges and dismiss the case, prompting one career prosecutor to resign and alert the public to this grave injustice. WHAT?!?!?!
